Return and Refund Policy

Return and Exchange

At Avnikk, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please note that we do not accept returns for size issues; however, we are happy to offer exchanges to ensure you receive the correct size. We need tags intact for exchange. We only accept returns if the product is damaged upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item, you may return it within 15 days for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase and intact tags. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at or call us on 9702717011 to request a return. You can contact us from 11 am to 6 pm. We will confirm your request via email and make arrangements to pick up the item from the original delivery address.


After receiving your returned item,we will inspect its condition before proceeding with the refund process.Please allow a minimum of 7 to 10 business days from the date of receiving your refund request for processing.Depending on the bank and debit card company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your statement. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

We offer two options for refunds:

  • Online Payment to your bank account
  • Exchanged for an item of equal or higher value (*subject to payment of the price difference,if any) than the returned item.

Refunds will be processed in the following scenarios:

  • Receipt of an item with genuine quality issues
  • Non-receipt of the item

No Refunds will be processed in the following scenarios:

  • If an item has been worn to an extent where there is a noticeable difference
  • If the item is returned in a damaged or used condition

Note: If you receive a defective or damaged item from us, please inform us within two days of the purchase date along with images of the item in question. Upon verification, we will approve a replacement and send it to you at the earliest.


We provide free shipping across India and make every effort to dispatch all orders within two business days from our warehouse. Once your order is dispatched, our courier partner will deliver it to your doorstep within 2-4 business days.
