1. Return and Exchange
At Avnikk, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, to maintain our quality standards, we have specific criteria for returns and exchanges:

Exchange Only (No Refunds): We do not offer refunds if you simply do not like the product or if there is a size issue.

Size Issues: If the fit isn't right, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size.

Product Preference: If you are not satisfied with the product or it does not meet your approval, you may exchange it for any other product in our collection.

Shipping Charges for Exchanges:

Size or Preference Exchange: If you wish to exchange the product for a better fit or a different style, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us (or paying for the return pickup). However, Avnikk will cover the shipping cost for dispatching the new exchanged item to you.

Incorrect or Defective Item: If you receive a product that is damaged or a size different from what you ordered, Avnikk will bear all shipping charges (both return and new delivery).

Damaged Products: We accept returns for a refund only if the product is damaged upon receipt.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged item, you must provide an unboxing video of the package upon arrival. This video is required to verify that the product was received in a damaged condition. Without this video, we cannot process a claim for damage.
2. Special Policy for Plus Sizes (3XL to 5XL)
Please note that sizes ranging from 3XL to 5XL are strictly made-to-order.

Customization: If you require any minor changes or adjustments, please communicate them to our team via our support channels immediately after placing your order.

Not Stocked: Products in these sizes are not kept in stock; they are crafted specifically for you upon order.

No Returns/Refunds: Due to the custom nature of these items, they are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchange Only: We understand that fit is important. Therefore, while we cannot offer a refund, we provide a one-time exchange opportunity to assist you. Please note that this exchange is subject to the general exchange policy terms mentioned in Section 1 (Shipping Charges).
3. Sale Items & Discount Codes

Final Sale Items (₹649/- & ₹999/-): Products purchased at these specific price points are considered Final Sale. Please note that these items are not eligible for return or exchange.

50% Off Coupons: For orders placed using a 50% discount code, please note that we are unable to offer refunds. However, we are happy to assist you with an exchange for these items.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Hours: We are available from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Timeline: You must inform us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery if you have received a damaged item. Please attach your unboxing video and images of the item.

Pickup: Once verified, we will arrange to pick up the item from the original delivery address.
5. Refunds
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be aware that a refund is not an option unless all the criteria mentioned above are strictly matched and the return is formally approved by our authorities.
After receiving your returned item, we will inspect its condition. Refunds are processed only for genuine quality issues where an unboxing video has been provided.

Processing Time: Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the receipt of your return for us to process the refund. Depending on your bank, it may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your statement.

We will NOT process refunds if:

The item has been worn, used, or washed.

Dispatch: Most of our products are kept in stock in selected sizes and are dispatched within 24 hours. If your specific size is not currently in stock, we make every effort to dispatch your order within 2 business days.

Delivery: As our warehouse is located in Mumbai, once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery between 1 to 5 business days anywhere in India.
